WE ARE LOOKING FOR “Frivilligleder”

We are looking for individuals that:

• Loves Baseball and Softball

• Has some experience with recruiting & coordinating with larger numbers of people or maybe even some experience in HR.

• Willing to learn about managing other people

• Has free time during the week to dedicate to volunteering work

ÅBSK is an old Baseball and Softball club with a cute little field situated in the center of Aarhus on Åbrinkvej 11, 8000 Aarhus C. The club has around 70 members and are hoping to expand even more. We know there are loads of people in and around Aarhus who would love to play Baseball or Softball - problem is they don’t know that we exist.

As a “Frivilligleder” you’ll be in charge of Managing, Recruiting and keeping in contact with a list of volunteers with different skill-sets.

In ÅBSK, we frequently get contacted by people who want’s to volunteer or help out, but we need a “coordinator of workforce”. In simple words; your job will be to ensure that we have volunteers ready to help out at game days, events, for specific functions and more. In close cooporation with project managers, your job is to ensure that you can find help when it’s needed.
