We are looking for umpires

We are looking for individuals that:

• Loves Baseball and Softball

• Are eager to learn how to umpire Baseball and Softball / already has experience with being an umpire (not necessary)

• Has free time to spare on weekends

• Are looking for a fun and different way to enjoy a Saturday or Sunday during the spring and summer months

ÅBSK is an old Baseball and Softball club with a cute little field situated in the center of Aarhus on Åbrinkvej 11, 8000 Aarhus C. Every year we have between 7-10 game days at our field with a maximum of 3 games per day (6-7 innings per game) and we are hoping to find dedicated Umpires to aid the teams to focus on the game.

If you become one of our Umpires, you will receive both online introduction and educational videos, in English, on Umpiring, will be sent on Umpire clinics and learning by doing.

You’ll be one of our first dedicated Umpires - so don’t worry about being perfect in the beginning. When umpiring for the first time, you’ll be paired up with experienced Umpires who will help you through the game
