Officials: All teams must bring 1 official

Accommodation: There is a gym booked for all crew members to sleep in. No extra cost (Bring your own air mattress and sleeping bag)

Food: Included in tournament fee

Team participation: Gender mix play as in official WBSC rules: 3M2F or 2M3F in the 1st set, opposite in the 2nd set and in 3rd set free choice. Max 10 players per team. Max 5 women and max 5 men. Max crew size of 13 includes 10 players + 2 coaches + 1 official.

Registration deadline: September 1, 2025.

Tournament fee: 700 EUR per team
